Running for five days from 16th to 20th October, the Nusa Dua Fiesta 2010 is a celebration of the greatest Balinese culinary delicacies. The festival will see chefs preparing famous local dishes at live cooking stations positioned throughout the event. Chefs will also be giving advice on how to make the traditional Balinese Bebek Betutu dish of spiced duck wrapped in banana leaves.
